I'm an avid watcher of Airport and Airline on the TV and this crops up all the time.
Easyjet definitely have an underage policy and you must have an adult with you and an adult picked out of the queue won't do either.

Most airlines are cool but they won't let you sit near a window which is male dangly bits.
Those under 14 would be advised to have a letter but authorisation of travel happens during booking the original tickets not by the trolley dollys.
As long as you two aren't ****** as farts and acting like idiots then you will be fine.
You can save the raging till you get there. ;)
