Hi all, I need some advice, I've got a hp desktop which I got through a company scheme about 18 months back. The other day I noticed that the screen had a black spot the size of a stamp in the bottom right corner (near the power button)
As its under warranty for another 18 I thought pirfect ill just call hp and all will be fine....
Well no, apparently it's cracked and I've caused the damage so they aren't going to do anything, unless I pay for it to be fixed.
As I look after my kit I know that I haven't damaged it but I don't know how I can prove it.
Has anyone else had similar issues or and ideas what I can do (don't really want to get it repaired as I think it would happen again due to poor quality components / design)
