I just received a new PC from overclockers and the windows key isn't valid...

Hi there,

New to the site, but I've just bought a new gaming PC via overclockers UK and the windows key isn't working. I'm getting this error: error code 0x803f7001. Not to mention that I have used a tool to try and find out what my product key is and it appears to be the product key from this video... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OIvHQxtnWp4

I haven't received a unique Windows key even though I've paid for it and there appears to be nothing in the box left to use.

Is there anyone that might be able to help/give me some advice.

This is just a stab in the dark, but have OcUK sent you a key by email? My Asus motherboard (link) came with a free product that they sent me a key for after placing my order.
