I need help finding a quiet NAS

There are some very quiet external drives around these days - the Western Digitals are fanless and at a good price but are usb and/or firewire.

What I'm after is a fanless ethernet external drive. Any suggestions?

Synology 101J. It's IDE but fanless. I have a Samsung drive in it and it's totally silent except for the very, very slight hdd access noise when it wakes up. The 106's are SATA but are actively cooled.
