Hello,

So I have a MSI P67a GD53 motherboard and a I7 2600K. What I want to do is overclock so the cpu is at ~4.5 ghz and ~1.28vcore (that's what it takes to get it stable at that speed) when it is under load and then drop the voltage to a minimum along with the speed when idle.

I know that's how it works when it's set at default/stock but I can't work out how to make it do the same when overclocked, it probable doesn't help that I have no idea what "EIST" means or "C1E State" although I know they are something to do with it.

Is this possible? This guide shows the bios screens on my mobo (similar but not identical model) http://www.overclock.net/t/963798/msi-p67a-gd55-review-and-oc-guide
