Idiot's guide to uninstalling Win7 RC

So basically the title says most of it, can anyone explain it in very clear terms please? I'm currently dual booting XP and Win7 RC on the one drive, and want to wipe Win7 safely so I can use the spare either for backup or more space for XP (I have Win7 Home Premium on a new different hard drive now).

I did a few searches but apparently I'm one of the more challenged users on this forum in this respect as I found nothing

If you still have the Windows 7 RC disc you can use the built in partition editor to just delete the whole partition. You need to pay attention and delete the correct one though.
