Image resizing - Easy solution?

I have 50 or so images that I need to adjust to a specific square size. They are all pretty much the same but just need tweaking...is there a solution on a Mac that can do this?

I don't have photoshop aaaaand I am not brilliant really with this type of thing.

The images are jpg and png.

Yes.

Highlight them all and double click the lot. They'll open in Preview. Click in the sidebar and do cmd-a to select them all.

There you can select the size and away you go. Job's done.
