Hi,
I've just received my new Aorus 3090 Xtreme, and installed it. Post install, I can go into bios, but my nvme ssd is not recognised (only other ssd/hdd which do not contain my OS).
I've tried different pci-e slots, none helped.
When I remove the new gpu and install my old Titan X Pascal, the nvme ssd is recognised correctly and can boot my OS, hence the nvme ssd is unlikely to be broken.
I've resetted BIOS to default settings. BIOS is updated to latest version.
I do not have a 2nd computer to test the gpu on a different machine.

Any other advise what I can test?

My machine:
- Asus Rampage V Edition 10 (X99 chipset), Bios 2101
- Intel I7 6850k
- 64gb
- Sabrent Rocket Q 2TB NVMe PCIe M.2 2280
- EVGA SuperNova 1600 G2 Gold, 1600W PSU
- No other devices installed in pci-e slots except gpu

is the BIOS in 'legacy' mode or UEFI?
I've tried all variations of Legacy Only, UEFI only, CSM auto/enabled/disabled, none worked.

Someone else had issues with a 3090 on an X99 platform, they ended up just getting a more modern cpu/gpu
That was my original intention once the Zen 3 supplies normalise. This would realistically take 2-3 months...
