Fox, any idea how much Admiral/Elephant charge for say, replacing standard 17" alloys with aftermarket 18"s? :)

For me, about £50.

FWIW, a standard 530i Sport for me is approx £1050, whereas a 530i Sport with a full stainless exhuast, Gruppe-M induction, 18's and 20mm lowering is £1190.

So quite reasonable, really.

How long is a piece of string? As a guide when I had my Passat insured with Elephant, I upgraded the standard 15" wheels to 17" and it cost me an extra £50 a year.

I honestly have no idea, lol. Postcode is quite good wv7. I use my home one, not my uni one even though car is with me at uni (city centre is crazy money) both places kept on the drive. My milage is 8000

Aren't you going to run into problems if, for example, the car is stolen whilst you are at uni? I'm sure you are "supposed" to use the postcode where the car actually is / mainly kept for sustained amounts of time.
