I've seen that on another site also, was quite close to upgrading my xp2700, 1gb pc2700 and rad 9700 pro. Full base unit for £590 (inc vat and delivery), including that rather well priced x1800xt 265mb from here

that is a 3800 venice, not a 3800 X2, dont get them mixed up. they are differant chips!

The 2.4GHz 3800+ Single core chip is only £96.80, whilst on OCUK its £196 so there have been large price cuts. OCUK will adjust accordingly on Monday no doubt.
