Internal PCIe to USB3 connector. Does such a thing exist?

My old motherboard's internal USB3 connector is problematic. Sometimes devices are disconnected and reconnected, causing issues. Is there such a thing as a PCIe to USB3 connector so l can bypass the motherboard's faulty USB3 connector?
