Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help at all, i bought a case / keyboard on Amazon for my partners new IPAD Air 3, the case i got advertises that is does wake / sleep the IPAD, i also asked others if there works and they responded saying yes.
I emailed the seller and they said it does and will just offer me either a £5 discount or a return if i want.
I was wondering if i may be missing something though, like a setting or an app that might be stopping it from working?
The setting in display and brightness is on for allowing the IPAD to wake / sleep with a cover, so that’s the obvious setting that’s definitely correct.
My partner likes the case and keyboard though so I’m hoping it's just a setting or something similar?
The IPAD only fits one way around in the case so it can't really be that, i assume its hard for them to make these cases with defects as well.
Any ideas please anyone?
