Is my basket worth it?

I've been looking at upgrading my PC. Ive put this basket together, is this a good mix of parts?

I was planning on keeping my PSU which is:
PSU: be quiet! Straight Power 11 650W 80 Plus Gold Modular Power Supply
Unless it would be a good idea to upgrade that also?

I'm also going to save for a 3080 ofc :3

If you're saving for a 3080 (or whatever RDNA2 brings presumably) then you may as well keep saving for a Zen 3 chip at the same price point give or take

You paying £250 for a cooler makes no sense apart from the bling factor and the case is huge p600s mite be worth a look at unless you want a bit of rgb.

The cooler seems excessively expensive, something much cheaper would get you to your 3080 sooner!
