iTunes gray screen problems,

Hi guys,

I have iTunes 9.2 and i have just put a digital copy of Sherlock Holmes on to my computer, the problem comes when i try to play said film. All i get is a gray box where the Video should be, with NO sound. However the progress bar at the top of the screen seems to be moving and the times is counting. This is the 1 and only digital copy i am having problems with. I got a free film off iTunes over Christmas that seems to be working fine.


Any ideas? Im a bit stuck with this one.

I had this issue once, I emailed iTunes support for help and they refunded me the cost of my purchase but as your on a Digital Copy they will probably let you re-download.
