Edit - LOL! He's grade A comedy. Sent a letter to midway because there is a "Kreate a fighter" mode in MK:armageddon and said they were illegally profiting on his likeness because you could make characters look him. Absolute ingenius stuff.

I wasn't sure, having just checked it seems the technical grounds for his disbarment was professional misconduct rather than being a vexatious litigant as such although I don't think it would be too much of a stretch to link the two certainly since it was noted that a number of cases he filed were to harrass.
