JS/CSS Scroller Similar to this?

After doing a bit of research i've not had much luck in my findings.

Can any one point me towards some scripts/tutorials, that work in a similar way to this content scroller. http://www.ilovedust.com/

I use something similar in some of my sites. Google for overflow:auto;. The top result has a pretty simple example.

Thanks, I do like the example. Nice n simple n seems to do the job.

Any idea about creating custom scroll bars though?
