I cried watching that show about the deer, Randi. I think it was when it's mum was killed. I was only a youngun at the time though! The only reason I cry now is to balance the amount of salt in my body, none of those poncy emotions ;)

I seem to cry at a lot of films including Gladiator, Armageddon, The Green Mile, The Generals Daughter, Dead Poets Society (where they all stand on the desk), City of Angels, American Beauty, Patch Adams, etc etc etc.

I think i'm basically a big girl and from now on i'm going to wear a nice pink dress with pretty bows.

I cried during a film once, but it's because i'd run out of snacks and I didn't want to get up.

I've never 'actually' cried during a film or TV show, but do feel emotional sometimes. To me that's a sign of a good film - unless it's a chick flick, but you wont catch me watching those anyway :)

Saving Private Ryan and Green Mile are 2 films that moved me quite a lot. The first one, owing to the horrendous even that was the war and how graphically it portrayed the violence and emotions. Green Mile was the "no hope - it's going to happen" and the build up to it. I wasn't pouring with tears but certainly they were welling. I'm sure there are other films that have moved me - but I can't think of them off the top of my head.

Another vote for Green Mile, gets me every time. I watched Philadelphia in the cinema with 5 girls and tried so hard not to cry (great kudos "aww Iain, you're so sensitive").

Programmes about sick babies get me welling up too, but that's just the dad in me!

Watership down made me cry when I was 6. :D

E.T had me whaling as a child

Still makes me whell up now... especially the bit when Elliot thinks he's died and just as he is being escorted by one of the scientists.. the flower comes back to life... Thinking about it, thats a "Happy" cry isnt it.. I guess its just the build up.
