Never got round to doing it, really. I keep meaning to, but they tend to do it when I'm at work or when I have an early start the next day.

I'm going to have to wait until June anyway if I want to as I had my lip pierced at the end of January and they say to wait 4 months.

I would like to, but I have a severe needle phobia. I've learned to tolerate injections and I didnt have much choice over it when I was in hospital a few years back with my bowel issues, but the idea of having a needle inside me for a prolonged period...

*shudder* I'd end up screaming my head off and taking a header through the nearest window =/

Are there not implied risks when giving blood, no matter how safe the precautions, you could end up with an embolism for example.

Doesn't seem natural purging 1 pint of blood from your body.
