Kernel 41 Failure

I'm trying to figure out exactly what is going wrong with my system, it is crashing randomly with a critical problem.

I have run a full memtest86 and found no fault with the ram (which I was told may be causing it)

Is this something that could be due to a faulty PSU?

That error can be old out dated drivers bro, update all the drivers you can.
Then retry.

I've updated all drivers, tried changing my PSU to eco mode, updated to the latest version of windows (which somehow removed all the critical errors from my logs) played a round of Modern Warfare and the issue has recurred. It seems to happen after 30 minutes to an hour of higher stress applications.
