Keyboard/Mouse for Linux/Microsoft

I'm looking for a keyboard/mouse which will work well with Linux (Kubuntu) as well as Windows XP.

At the moment I'm using a Microsoft Intellimouse and an Microsoft Internet Keyboard Pro, but they are both being retired...

I don't really an need wireless keyboard/mouse as my new PC will be less then a foot away. PS/2 connectors will be an advantage for Linux.

Linux will be happy with any standard PS2 keyb/mouse combo. Your standard Microsoft keyboard and Intellimouse would be fine, and any cheapo equivalent.
