    Hi there,

I am using one of the these so I can use the same keyboard mouse and monitor for 2 computers.

I am getting a delay on the keyboard and mouse, is this normal?

Also I have limited functionality of my mouse and keyboard (Logitech MX3100). Is this normal?

I can't seem to use my mouse middle button to scroll up and down but I can press it to do its usuall dunxtiona when you press it. Also the side buttons dont work on the mouse.

Is this all what is expected?

    Thanks...

Nope, you should have any delay on the devices connected.

Is the KVM a host powered device or does it have its own power supply?

Also, do you have the same latency problems on both machines or just one?

    Hi there,

Yeah, Mods please move to the right section (didn't know where to put it)

It can be host powered or power supply. I have tried both at once and one at a time.

Well I haven't actually connected the second machine yet, I just assumed it would be the same.

Should I connect a second machine and see what happens?

Do I need to install some drivers or do something to set this up?

    Thanks...

    [edit]

I have just switched to the second slot for the second computer and it seems to be fine, without latency (i think) and the middle mouse button works :)
