Keyboard not working....

Hi,
I've just had a zotac mini box delivered.

Set it all up, went to install windows and there is no cursor on the screen so I can't use the mouse to select the options to install windows and the keyboard doesn't even light up so that doesn't work either .

Can't even install windows!
Any ideas?

Try different USB ports?

Are they enabled in the BIOS?

Turn on "Legacy devices" in the BIOS?


Thats of course if the mouse/keyboard work in the BIOS to enable you to change the settings.

Try the native Intel controlled USB 2.0 ports instead of the 3.0 ones?
