looking for a keyboard for general use, no gaming.

    ideally has:

    low profile, laptop style keys
    wireless

has to have number pad, not bothered about media keys.

i like the apple keyboard or the cherry strait, but these are both wired. simialr wireless versions of these would be perfect.

also are any backlit keyboards available in wireless form?

any recommendations would be helpful. :)

I'm pretty sure the Apple keyboard comes in the wireless variety. Do you have a budget?

They sure do but they are quite expensive. I wish they would make them in black as they would match most Windows PC's as the screens and everything else are normally black.

budget is not very high. about £40.

i thought the only wireless apple variety is the one with no number pad?

I'm sure it's optional when you choose the spec on the apple website.
