Kinking in PETG tubing

I have a question about kinking in PETG tubes. I completed a tube with 2 rather complicated bends. The 1st bend didn't get hot enough and the tube kinked when I started to bend it, so I reheated the spot and bent it to the other side instead and it left a dent-like scar which points into the inside of the tube.
I then leak tested the tube in my sink (I plan to clean it with distilled water before installing into the PC) and the tube didn't leak. My question is whether once installed in a mid-size PC with 2 radiators, CPU & GPU water blocks and a 1500W pump this tube could eventually leak?

Yeah I'd redo it, one it may be a little brittle, plus with a kink I'm assuming you didn't use a silicone insert? If it's linked it will impede your flow rate and make your loop less efficient.
