I just bought a new laptop with an AX200 m.2 wifi card. It will not connect to the 5Ghz network of my virgin superhub 3. It connects fine to my dad's and brother's 5ghz superhub which is identical to mine.
I have tried resetting it with a pin to factory default several times but that did not work. I even tried an Intel AC 8265 m.2 wifi card but that also did not work.
Anyone have any ideas what's going on?
