@Gibbo any wiggle room on the strix pricing? (missed out on it at the 449 price as i needed to check dimensions for my case) one of your competitors is ~£30 quid cheaper (and cheaper carriage for me too, damn NI!) so too big a difference but would prefer to spend the cash here if there was owt you could do. or are you likely to have them back near the 449 at any point in the future?

aye, can't knock it at that price. finally time to retire the r9 380x and get the most out of my 144hz free sync screen. just got to rework a couple of petg tubes on my loop and the strix should just about fit my case (case'll be getting ghetto modded if it doesn't!) thanks again Mr @Gibbo.

edit: quick question but did asus ever get back on whether they'd honor the warranty if the user changed out the possibly dodgy thermal pads?

It's an ASUS promotion, which is separate from the AMD free games promotion. The ASUS promotion for orders finishes after tomorrow 3rd November 2018, so came at the right time for you. You just have to make a claim before 24th November 2018.
