Any preference between these two cards?

I like the look of the XFX card, but the Leadtek card has better memory bandwith and fill rate...

Get just about any old GT they all seem to overclock to similar percentages anyway, If you buying an extreme edition your just paying the extra for a guarenteed overclock that you would almost certainly get if you brought the cheapest card available like the OCUK or basic Leadtek ones.

Yes, but the memory bandwith and fill rate are still higher on the Leadtek Extreme card...

I bought an XFX GT Extreme and the fan was 100% on all of the time. Its a known issue apparantly. I have returned the card and got a Leadtek GTX Extreme instead - very happy.
