Lets keep it to pics of sunsets.....800*600 max, plus a comment.

I've seen a lot of spectacular sunsets posted, so drag them off your hard drive, and let's see them!

I'll kick off with one not seen yet. Took a stroll out of the bar at work (I was actually working!), and caught this....

My efforts. Dont do many sunsets as I really lack for good location. There is what I have though.

Mine are terrible really as still only just learning and a noobie

But here are two of my efforts for what they are worth as some great shots on this post from others.

This was taken on a canal boat in wales as we were moving so I did well to keep it steady.

This other was taken just this evening as this post set me off

I know I need some more practice lol..

Some great pictures in here so far. Here's my contribution - taken a while ago on a walk along a canal.

How did you get the water looking like that?
It Looks like a lot is going on but nothing is moving. Well done(Insert the smiley here)

That is brilliant, The colours go very nicely and it is just soothing in a way
Any chance of editing out the boat though?

I love this sunsets and one like these. The colour of the water is great

I have nothing to add of my own to this thread because im not a Photographer. I just know what i like

This one is two exposures to try and retain some detail in the groyne and to stop the sky blowing out, merged as layers in photoshop.

Taken on Whistable beach last month
