lg e2360 best picture setting?

Can anyone tell me the optimal picture setting for my new LG E2360 monitor for games and movie hd movies?

Good question, would also like to know the answer to this as I have set mine up today.

also, I've installed it and put resolution to 1920x1080, however there is still a black edge around the screen. I.e. it's not gone full screen, and I don't know why. Any heads up on this?

EDIT:

Sussed my problem out. Was HDMI was not giving me full screen. VGA to DVI did however produce the goods!
