Ok. I've created a folder called "QuickLinks" and made a toolbar for it. I want to put links to web pages in it, but can I do this with out saving the page?
ie, What I want to do is, just click my page file/link in the toolbar, and it opens up an active web browser, that it had to request data from the host for.

Make a shortcut to your browser of choice then go to its properties, in target put a space then enter the address, name shortcut whatever you like, there's probably a better way but that should do the job.

I'm 50% certain that I understand what you are trying to do.

Right-click, New, Shortcut, type in the full URL
