Did the same thing fixed it with glue then broke it again plus i managed to lose one of the bits that connects the key to the board so I'm missing a key. Tried to take it off another Logotech board but it wasn't the same bit of plastic.
it is actually possible to fix the keys when they become stuck or less responsive. Simply prize them out and put it back carefully again in the right way. Has worked for me on a couple of occasions after my 2 year old has been where she shouldn't have been!
I had a small issue with the "x" key in the beginning, it was "harder" to tap than the other keys, if that makes sense. Anyway it went away after a couple of weeks of (heavy) use. Other than that, my ultra-x has been perfect and it's 18 months old now.
Sometimes I get keys not registering properly, last time I just hit the key a bit harder and it must have dislodged whatever was stopping it from working.
