I know Logitech warranty is very good and I experienced the great service when I had my faulty MX518 replaced about 2 years ago. Now this replacement mouse has failed, the sensitivity adjustment buttons are not making a difference and the sensitivity seems to have completely changed from what it was before.

I'm outside the 3 year warranty of the original mouse so does anyone know if Logitech provide replacements in this case, or am I going to have to buy a new mouse :(

    Thanks!
