Do any of them know they are designing for blood transport? I've only read the thread, not the brief.. but envelopes etc in the designs seem a bit out of place if I have read correctly..

Yes and No They are in the parcel business.

But they also have a lot more money to spend on branding
Undeniably true... and it shows. Each branded van doubles as a mobile billboard that travels the nation's highways. It's probably the most cost-effective advertising you can get bar word-of-mouth.

What might be worth considering is what their extra money on branding has bought them. More envelopes? A bigger box graphic? a hundred arrows?

I'm obviously not saying you need to spend a much as those guys, but maybe a literal pictorial solution isn't the answer.
