I've got a Dell 17" laptop 7800gtx etc and carting it around in a nice pakuma rucksack is not the lightest of tasks I can tell you. If you are moving it around whilst switched on its uncomfortable really as its so large. So a step up again seems ridiculous to me but hey each to there own :)

i had a 15.4" packard bell amd 54 a year and a half back, and the thing was HUUUUGGGEEE, thicker than the laptop in the op's link, weighd in at 4kg and the charger for it was nearly as big as the xbox 360 power unit, the thing was on absolute beast, and i ended up dropping it the day after i got it!

Then read the FAQ:

NO posting links to reviews that promote competitors

http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=17546729

Take a look through some of those links, think you'll find links to competitors as well.

They are computing websites of coarse there are going to be links to hardware sites, the link itself wasnt telling you to buy competitors products just showing a review of a laptop. I posted links on that site before and none of those threads were deleted.
