Looking to build 4 mini office pcs

We are moving into a new office and I want to build 4 mini pcs that are no bigger than a Shuttle XH61V. I have been looking at the Shuttle XH61V and the Gigabyte Brix. Does anyone know of any other options that I should look to explore that offer dual monitor capabilities?

What about Intel NUC and fix to the back of the monitors.. Done..

Shuttle DS61. Designed to be very very small form to be put into digital signage. But would make a suitable office desktop also. Dual displays HDMI and DVI.

Throw in a low end CPU, some Ram, and a laptop HDD/SSD, job done.

Another option would be a build around something like an Antec ISK 110 - can also be mounted the monitors.

Building your own mini-itx (or similar) rig would probably cost more than buying the Acer Veriton (or similar), and certainly more of a headache.
