I rma'd 2 Scythe Sflex fans which amounted to 30 quid back to Ocuk on january the 8th (actually refused delivery at the door like instructed from one of there phone operatives). As its been over 2 weeks i phoned to query and they claim to still not have received them , what i am looking to find is if anyone has lost goods when returning them to Ocuk. I was pretty much told "tough ****" on the phone if the items dont turn up , technically the goods were never in my posession so wouldnt it be the post offices error.

If they dont turn up at there offices have i just lost my money?

So you bought two s-flex fans, changed your mind before they arrived and rejected them. The post office / couriers has lost them / not returned them and is now denying all knowledge.

I think ocuk will refund you the cost of the fans less postage cost and then claim against the couriers, who will be unable to provide a signature from you on request and will end up returning either the fans or some money to ocuk.

Scythe s-flex are excellent fans, rejecting them was a bad move.
