Do you think having this switched on boasts many benefits when it comes to gaming and general music use?

    Your thoughts would be appreciated.

Making everything the same volume? No. Ruins music.

If you need loudness equalisation then use it.

If you want to hear stuff the way it was meant to be heard then leave it off.

Always off - it ruins the positional acc. and effects in games IMO and just sounds odd... i.e. your own gun sounds tend to be really mute and someone half way across the game world is making similiar noise levels but sounds louder due to your perception.

Again with music it just ruins most stuff.
