So my Razer Naga just broke so I've been looking into a replacement mouse once more. I tried the deathadder 2013 but that came with unresponsive side buttons and seemed quite sluggish after the naga so I'm returning that.

Since I've only ever had faulty/easily broken stuff from Razer I'm staying away from them from now on so I've settled on either the M65 or the G500s and I'm looking for advice.

Has anyone had either/both of these mice and can compare them and how good they are/how well made? I know I loved my old G5 but I also know how fantastic Corsair products are and I've become a little bit of a fanboy, and have been thoroughly enjoying my new K70 too which goes in their favour.

I don't really do any specialised gaming as I do a bit of everything, including quite a bit of normal browsing, if that changes anything.

Absolutely love my g500s, couldn't ask for more from a mouse :)

Sorry to revive an old thread, thought it would be better than creating a new one.

Has anyone got a G500s, I've heard mixed reviews that they squeal quite a bit and that they are awful, but on the other hand I've heard people say they wouldn't change it for the world?

Got one this week and it's as good as my older g500 version that my dad knocked off me. Can't ask for more in a mouse tbh. The dpi buttons are extremely useful in fps games.

I've had a G500s now for about a year. I absolutely hate it. Upgraded from a Logitech G9.

Currently looking at Corsair M65 as a replacement.

I'm finding it tricky to get the 'perfect' mouse. I currently have a Logitech MX Revolution which I've had for nearly 8 years. I tried a Razer Deathadder 2013 but I found it too large for my hand (specifically the arch was too high) so it gave me bad cramp after using it for even a short time.

I've since returned it but I'm undecided on what to replace it with. I think the major issue is that it's nigh upon impossible to judge how comfortable a mouse will be until you actually get your hands on one and use it for 15 minutes! There are a few local stores but they typcailly only have demo models of the cheaper mice and not the gaming ones.

I had a look in my local store and did quite like the look/feel of the Logitech Performance MX which is more or less a newer version of what I have. Actually felt slightly more comfortable that my current MX revolution but not enough to make me want to change it unless my current one broke.

I like the look of the Zowie FK but can't bring myself to spend £60 on a mouse I haven't held before buying it after my experience with the Deathadder
