Mafia Trilogy - announcement on 19th May

I've mixed feelings for this.

I purposely played all of Mafia 3 and dlc in the hope that there would be a Mafia 4. I've heard this new mafia 3 game will have all dlc included.

I'd say I liked Mafia 2 the best, though at the time not many people liked it.

Mafia 1 is iconic. It'll be interesting to see what they will do with it.

Looks meh, Mafia 1 with Mafia 3 combat. Im starting to despise 3rd person games with glue to the wall mechanics.

Mafia 1 with 3's combat sounds perfect to me, I loved the combat in Mafia 3 especially the stealth/takedowns.

When you say pre-loaded do you mean you have already downloaded it? How do you do that on PS4, i have pre-ordered but says available in 6 hours

Ah mine is the xbox version. I'm not sure how or if you can pre load on the ps4.

Played a couple of hours and it looks great on the One X. Plays smooth, had one graphic glitch but apart from that all good so far.

Put in a couple of hours - nice to see the old game again, even if it does seem to have a smattering of modern day **** - on screen way points and those odd bits during a chase; where you can 'lose' a pursuing car.

I think I recall reading that they lost the rights to a lot of the music, and even though they have tried getting something similar, it just doesn't have the original Mafia feel to the radio tunes. And I much prefer the original Mafia characters (inc voice actors) to these new ones.

All in all though, I quite like it, and it'll fill the hole now that Avengers has gotten silly with upgrade costs!

Yeah, it's enjoyable and decent upgrade.

Im playing in classic difficulty, so hardest apparently, but seems ok so far, not sure what the difference is between regular and classic driving, but it seems ok in classic, I guess regular is more arcadey.

I just finished for day as I got the cutscene about some race car mission
