Ah I'm gonna have to order this book then Stand back everyone........this will be the 1st book i've read since my old Cisco books from uni ...........................btw............................is there a movie of the book

ohhh talk about thread ressurection It now seems that for the short term at least i'll be back kickboxing again because my old club is starting up again. The guy that used to run it has been sacked and other instructors have been brought in from other areas to relaunch my local club again \/ I get to carry on from where I left off so its just a case of getting my fitness back up to par now
