Match Me A Mousemat! (Please)

Ive got an icemat white in combination with a razor diamondback, and im looking to get a g5 mouse.

I looked on another forum, and the icemat white isnt going to work properly with this mouse, so im looking to get another one.

Which one would be best paired with the G7? Ive no preferance whether its textured cloth or plastic or glass, id just like some recommendations from you peeps!

Edit: Oh yeah id want a smooth mousemat, ive been looking at the Steelpad 4S Mousemat, what does everyone think of this?

I'm not a fan of glass mouse mats myself. I have used the Corepad Eyepad with a Razer Copperhead and it works brilliantly.
