The Fiat Coupe suggestion looks perfect, provided he likes the look and the insurance is reasonable!
Also a few locally on autotrader in his favourite car colour.. yellow...

They come in 4 guises. Pre 1997 is 16v na and 16v turbo. After that is 20v na and turbo. There were some Limited edition and plus models later on with a bit more kit, but had the same engines.

Its a great car. I have never seen another one in the same colour in the flesh, so its definately a car that makes you feel a bit unique. Plus its got bucket loads of oomph.

However if he's worried about running costs on a 156, then forget a fiat coupe! Lots of power and exclusivity comes at a premium.

Plus 0 NCB. Definately forget it. All models.
