MCE 2005 Install problems

A friend is trying to install media centre 2005 but half way through installing it pops up a message asking for him to insert XP Pro service pack 2 disk.

I came across this problem a few years ago but forgot the solution.

Can somebody help

Just keep swapping the discs in and out, it will find the one it wants and let you continue, you have 3 discs right?

2 x MCE2005
1 x Extra SP2 disc

you get an xp pro sp2 disc (cd1), the mce disc (cd2) and a patches disc (ignore this for now)


install using xpprosp2,then use mce key, this will then ask for the mce disc, then after that i think it asks for cd1 again (xpprosp2)
