Media player wont stream

Whenever I try to stream a video from a webpage it just says "Connecting to media" then when it says "ready" and I click play it just goes back to connecting to media. I'm using a proxy server but I'm pretty sure all the proxy settings are ok.

Still having problems with this. Someone must have had a similar problem before?
