Are they? I feel like they make you look older.
Yes they are.
I much prefer semi brogues myself, anyone under the age of about 35 is too young not to look a bit silly in full brogues.
They have never been out.
I believe yes they are.
Edit - boo, ruining my fun!
got two pairs of kurt geiger brogues here. One black, one brown. Definitely in.
Yep I got me some Barker ones. Not cheap but damn they look good.
Yes, I've got a pair and love them. Be sure to sand them down though or you'll die.
Mine were cheap too, but then I get all my shoes cheap because my mum works for Clarks
Oxfords and Derbys for the win.
All these young numpty boys asking silly questions like 'Are men's brogues in fashion?' ought to be dragged screaming from their homes and beaten savagely in public.
I wear these around the office:
Don't see that many others but I like them. John White, £100-ish from somewhere or other. Not massively premium quality but have lasted well and look smart when polished.
Concrete slabs are in as well.
I think I prefer regular brown shoes.
Beaten savagely, I tell you! In public!
Brown shoes with black / charcoal suit is not acceptable.
