Monitor cleaning question

    Apart from mustard or nuking it from orbit etc, what's the best way to clean a TFT monitor?

    I got some foam in a can stuff that works an absolute treat - Computer Care - Scree Cleaner - cost me about a tennar from a well known computer shop!

    my laptop has smudges on it from where i've licked my finger to wipe things off it. turns out i shouldn't have done that

    I damp the corner very soft towel, wipe the figure prints off then buff the area with the dry side.

    Works amazingly well.

    i picked up som ixos anti static screen cleaning gel spray and anti static wipes for under a fiver at a well known computer shop! :)

    Boots glasses cleaning cloth, lint free & very soft with a few drops of water to make it damp. no chemicals here and works a treat @ £1.50 ;)
