I'm asking for some help in choosing a replacement motherboard please. I bought a pc from overclockers a few years ago but this year I went to work abroad I went to work away for 3 months and stupidly left my PC plugged in. It's pluged into surge protect outlets etc and my wife was at home so im fairly confident its not a outage/surge issue.

But my PC wont POST or display any visuals when i have returned. Ive replaced the mobo battery and nothing

Power comes on but no power being put out to USB. All the fans spin but no beep or visuals displayed. Putting each ram stick individually into slot A2 (orignal place ram was in). Replaced Bios battery, removed GPU and tried just Motherboard but nothing works and everyone has said motherboard

My PC is a few years old now and i have an Asus Z97-K Intel Z97 Socket 1150 - other parts listed below but looking for something that will give me the same or better performance but not cost the earth. For example the same motherboard like for like is £160 so anything less would be a bonus.

Any help would be hugely appreciated.
