Mountian bike wheels

Not sure if this is the right place, so move if needed.

Got home today on my MTB to find 8-10 spoke loose in my back wheel, when i say loose i mean they'd got at least an inch travel eachway(sideways) and could move the nuts by hand.

Is this a job for the bike shop, or is it simple to do @ home ??

Oh yeh, its a shimano hub + mavic 117 rim.

You can do it yourself. You just need a decent spoke spanner.

There are plenty of guides on the net to help you if you need it.
