Mouth or Nose

Nose and mouth.

Always though my nose, breathing through my mouth feels awkward, I only do it when I'm knackered after sports or footy or whatever and need to get my breath back.

If i sleep on left then one nostril is blocked, vice versa on the right side

Same, but I prefer that to breathing through my mouth.
