MSI Platinum PowerUP

Hi all, Has anyone tryed one of these yet - MSI 975X Platinum PowerUP Edition (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard (MB-072-MS) . Because i cant decide between this and the badaxe. Does anyone know if either of these will be ok with my G.Skill PC2-6400 2gb NR?
